Privacy Policy

Account information

• Your name, email address and password, if you sign up with a password. We never store your password in a readable form.
• If you sign in with GitHub, Google or GitLab: your account ID at that provider, your name and your verified email address. We ask only for these basic details and don't keep access to your account at that provider.
• Whether and when you confirmed your email address.

Workspace information

• Your workspace's name and handle, its members, their roles and invitations.
• Settings you choose, such as notification preferences.

Information from tools you connect

When you connect GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira or Slack to your workspace, we access the repositories, issues, pull requests, comments and channels you allow, so that AgentSDE agents can work on them. We store the connection credentials securely. What we can access is limited by the permissions you grant to that tool.

Content our agents work with

When an agent runs, it reads the issue, code and comments it needs for that task and writes its output (for example code changes, pull requests and comments) back to your tools. We keep run records, such as each run's status, logs and results, so you can review what happened.

Technical and security information

• Sign-in sessions: device type, browser, IP address and time, so you can see and sign out active sessions.
• An audit log of important actions in your workspace (for example who changed a role or created an API key).
• Server logs that help us keep the service running and secure.

Emails

We send account emails (email confirmation, password reset, invitations, security notices such as "your password was changed" or "a sign-in method was connected"). If you email support@agentsde.com, we keep that conversation.

What we do not collect

We don't use advertising or third-party analytics trackers, and we don't sell your data.

We use only the cookies needed for the service to work:

The app also stores a few preferences in your browser (for example, that you closed a banner) for the current session.

• To provide the service: create and run your account and workspace, sign you in, run agents on your behalf and show you the results. (Legal basis in the EU/UK: performance of our contract with you.)
• To keep it secure: detect and prevent abuse and keep audit records. (Legitimate interests.)
• To contact you about your account: confirmations, security notices and replies to support requests. (Contract and legitimate interests.)
• To meet legal obligations, where they apply. (Legal obligation.)

We don't use your code, issues or other workspace content to train AI models.

We use these service providers to run AgentSDE. They process data only on our instructions:

We may also disclose data if the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or as part of a merger or acquisition (we would tell you first).

Some providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where the law requires it, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

• Account and workspace data: while your account exists. After you delete it, we delete or anonymize it within 30 days, except where we must keep it longer by law.
• Sign-in sessions: they expire automatically after a period of inactivity, and in any case after 7 days.
• One-time links (email confirmation, password reset, sign-in hand-offs): they expire shortly after they are sent.

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict some uses, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Email support@agentsde.com. We'll answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

We protect data with encryption, access controls and other industry-standard safeguards. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

AgentSDE is for professional use and is not intended for anyone under 16.

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll update the date above and tell you by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
