Terms of Service

• Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You must confirm your email address before you can sign in.
• Keep your password, sign-in methods and API keys secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and your workspace's API keys.
• Tell us right away at support@agentsde.com if you think your account has been misused.
• You must be at least 16 years old.

A workspace belongs to the person or organization that created it. Workspace admins decide who joins (by invitation), what roles they have, and which tools are connected. Admins can remove members.

AgentSDE runs AI agents that work on your software tasks. They read the issues, code and other content you give them access to through connected tools, and write results back, such as code changes, pull requests and comments.

• You stay in control. Agents act only within the permissions you grant to the connected tools and the settings you choose.
• Review the output. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or insecure. You're responsible for reviewing it before you merge, deploy or rely on it.

• You keep all rights to your code, issues and other content ("Your Content").
• You give us permission to access, process, store and send Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy.
• We don't use Your Content to train AI models.
• You confirm you have the right to give us access to Your Content and that our use of it as described won't violate anyone's rights.
• Output the agents produce for you belongs to you, to the extent the law allows.

Don't use the Service to:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights;
• attempt to gain access to accounts, workspaces, systems or data you're not authorized to access, or probe, scan or test the Service's security without our written permission;
• disrupt or overload the Service, or get around rate limits or usage limits;
• build malware or spam, or harm others;
• resell the Service without our written agreement.

We may suspend access that puts the Service or others at risk.

The Service currently offers a free plan with usage limits shown in the app (for example runs, seats and AI spend per month). We may change those limits. If we introduce paid plans, prices and payment terms will be shown before you're charged, and you'll need to accept them.

The Service connects to services we don't control, such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Slack, Google and GitLab. Your use of them is governed by their own terms. We're not responsible for them.

We work to keep the Service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features. If we make a change that significantly reduces the Service, we'll try to give reasonable notice.

• You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time through support@agentsde.com.
• We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if we have to by law. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and let you export Your Content.
• When an account is deleted, we handle its data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we don't warrant that AI output is accurate, secure or fit for your use.

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or €100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

If someone makes a claim against us because of Your Content or your breach of these terms, you'll cover our reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by applicable law. If the law where you live gives you the right to bring a dispute in your local courts, you can do so.
